Glad your machine is up and running again. It is frustrating to have to go back multiple times.

Remind me not to go to Chesterfield to get my machine serviced. Where I take my machine it gets a little label put on it with the date and the problem. It is returned with any bits that have been replaced so I can see the job has been done. They also are excellent at giving info over the phone. Hope you enjoyed Chesterfield, its years since I visited there
Can I ask where it is you take yours. I am not very impresed with the servise I got.
I collected my brand new Brother 5x7 hoop yesterday. It was $79.00 - so 90 pounds seems dear to me! I can't wait to try it out. Hope yours is now going well. Love and blessings Chris
