I have a Janome memory craft serger. When I try to sew, I get a message that says to change to needle plate A. But needle plate A is already on there! I have remove and replaced it, cleaned machine, re-threaded, all nothing. What should I do now? Thanks in advance

maybe try calling the dealer sometimes it just needs a small weight adjustment, good luck
