ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! did you use a button on the bottom of the eye? Or... I just love these little guys. It's a shame to put pins in him isn't it? :)
Oh I just love the fabrics you chose. Perfect for the holidays. They could even become ornaments with a hanger they looks just the right size. Love these.
I want to make some for all the different holidays. I would still like to add some dangly string legs to this one and some jingle bells for feet. Just couldn't locate them the evening I made this. Their size all depends on what size circle you cut. Merry Christmas , Susan
Love this owl, I took the information on how to make and it is on a very, very long 'to to' list...
I love and collect owls. Yours is absolutely adorable. I can hardly wait to make one! Thank you for the link.

I put a little bean bag in the bottom of mine for weight so it would stand up. Have fun Carolyn. Hugs, Susan
I started with a circle.(it can beany size circle). Cut the circle into quarters. Then cut a piece of fabric that has a 30 degree angle atone end. Make both of these pieces the same length by putting points together. Sew straight sides together to form a cone.
Same problem regularly for me Carolyn with that xxx-inches *lol* I use the calculator in my PC, 1inch=2,54cm or for temperatures, dress sizes etc you can use Google Unit Conversion and use the tabs where you just fill in what yo wanna know :o)
