Well Angie, perhaps it's an easy problem for the machine doctor. I had this the same with my machine last year, and the dealer fixed it. With my machine, it seemed the moving arm had to be oiled it did not move smoothly when he was embroidering , it was stucked a little while he was trying to follow the design. I don't try to fix this kind of things myself, so the dealer looked at it for me and I even could wait intill he finished. I did a test stitch in the store with the same design that gave me trouble and everything went fine. So I hope this is the same problem with yours and it is fixed soon for you too! With love, Gerry
Now that makes sense, since it was sometimes making a squeaky sound. It is upsetting because of only owning it for 9 month and this is the second time it needed to go to be healed. Fortunately the dealer is only 10 minutes away and I should have her back within 2 weeks. Also no cost involved since she is still under warranty but it makes me wonder
Oh Angie I'm so sorry. Hope they can fix it soon and you don't get a "Montagsmaschine" (do you know this word? This are the machines that were produced right after the weekend and never work correctly).
Did they say if they have an idea what this could be?
Greetings, Bettina
She wrote down "registration is slipping". Really don't know what that means. Hope it is not a Montagsmaschine. Didn't know that expression but I am always happy to improve my German vocabulary :-)
so sorry, hate when you are planning on doing a lot of things and the machine decides to be sick, Hope you get it back fast!!!!!!
