HI ALL I NEED HELP MACHINE CAME HOME..BUT IT SHUDE OF STSYED LONGER....I DID TWO PROJECTS AND SEWED BEAUTIFUL....NOW EVERY TIME I PRESS START IT SEWS 3 STICHED AND STOPES..TELLS ME SOMETHING WRONG WITH BOBBIN THRED BROKE RE THREAD...AND THE BOBBIN IS LOOPED...I HAVE TRYED RETHREDDING.CLEANING OUT BOBBIN..NEW NEEDLE...I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO...IHAVE A 350E JENOME.....I DONT HAVE A MANUAL..IT WAS LOST IN THE FLLOOD...I AM SO FRUSTRATED...THANKS LUCY

MINE DOES THAT AND EVERYTHING IS OK IT JUST HAS NOT CAUGHT THE BOBBIN THREAD SO I HIT THE START BUTTON AGAIN SOMETIMES TWICE.

maybe u should put it with your flood damage things just incase theres more wrong with it???hugs carolyn

TOO LATE WE MOVED AND WHERE PAYED OUT..BUT ONLY RECIEVED HALF OF THE CLAME.MAXED IT OUT...LUCY

Have you tried the upper thread? Mine had a small piece of thread caught in the thread guide at the take up lever and caused problems. Good luck with finding the problem. I just got my machine back and am waaay behind on Christmas sewing. I may not get it all done for this year.

DONE THAT WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE JENOME DEALLER..SHE CANT FIGURE IT OUT,WONTS TO SEE IT BUT SHE LIVES TO FARE AWAY.JENOME MIGHT HAVE TO GO BY BUS..LUCY

Try a different thrread. also run a piece of unwaxed floss through where you thread the thread. Sometimes there is a piece of thread caught up in the tension discs. Good luck Hope this helps. Suzanne

You can download a manual from the attached link or google Janome 350e manual download.
I have the same machine and sometimes find I have to remove the needle plate, bobbin and bobbin case and give it a brush around Hope this helps.Suet

I FOUND THE MANUAL ONLINE.READ IT .DOSENT TELL ME WHAT TO DO..I CLEANED OUT THE CASING.NOTHING THERE..IT WORKED SO WOUNDERFULEY AT THE OTHER HOUSE...SHE IS LIKE A TEENAGER I WILL DO IT WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT..LOL... DO YOU HAVE THE CANADIAN PHONE NUMBER.FOR JENOME THANKS FOE TRYING TO HELP. LUCY

MAYBE TRY A DIFFERENT BOBBIN, LUCY IN CASE THERE IS A NICK IN THE ONE YOU ARE USING. IS THE THREAD ANTI-CLOCKWISE (LEFT) BEFORE IT GOES INTO THE GROOVE? iF YOU SPIN YOUR OWN IS THE BOBBIN THREAD TOO LOOSE? i LIKE TO HOLD THE THREAD AS i WIND TO PUT MORE TENSION ON IT. IF IT'S A PRE-WOUND IS THREAD COMING OFF FREELY AND NOT STICKING? TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND TRY AGAIN. YOU MAY BE FEELING A BIT STRESSED WHICH DOESN'T HELP! GOOD LUCK, i HOPE IT WORKS!

I do not know anything about your machine, I have a Viking machine, but mine has a STOP button on it and if it is on it will stitch three stitches then stop. See if your machine has a STOP button that might be on.
