My snowflakes for the Sandy Hook School. All will glow in the dark except for the one I made with metallic thread.

Thanks all. However, I guess I'm late as always. I was checking on the address to send them today and they have asked for no further snowflakes. I will hang them in my 6 year old son's room as a reminder how how things can change so quickly and to cherish every moment I have with him. He doesn't know of the tragedy because I shielded the news from him. One day, he will but right now I just want him to retain his innocence whether that is right or wrong on my part I don't know.

That is so sad that they are not accepting any more. But your son will love them.

Never worked with thread that glows. Is it difficult to sew with, like metalic thread or not ?

It is thicker and using a thread stand helps. I would make sure that you buy quality glow in the dark thread as I think mine was the "bargain" kind.
