299559The birthday year began in February and again, I have found it impossible to track every gift. I think most were sent, received and pictures posted but not all.There are still a few Christmas gifts unaccounted for, plus 3 that I know were sent in time but not yet received.
It is very frustrating for those who follow all the "rules" when the gift they send is not acknowledged. I am trying very hard to think how to improve the system before I set the ball rolling for the new birthday year.
Sorry to sound negative but it is "doing my head in"!

You have done a very, very good job and really I don't think it possible to make it all come out perfect. Life does get in the way sometimes and then there are those who "think" they want or have time to participate and then don't comply. I am one who's gift was not acknowledged and yes I am disappointed but that will not deter me from participating again. Set a time limit for the last of Christmas and then move on is my suggestion. sue I don' t mind doing an extra gift or two to hold in reserve as a just in case item.
i look forward to creating and sending and then receiving gifts but can fully understand the upset when items go missing.
i don;t mind having an extra sister or two annie in the uk

I am also one who did not get one & the one I sent has not been acknowledged. I am a bit dissappointed because it is my first try but like Nan I want to try again. I think that every effort should be made to post your gift & if you can not do sew then perhaps another cutie could help you out! Don't give up Sue, you are full of perserverance & you have brought joy to sew very many of us! I thank you sew much for this experience. You are one person & you can only do sew much the rest is upto the cuties involved! I also think that your idea of "seeing" a photo of the finished item is a terrific idea but that too will only go as far as the cutie who has to send it?Annie has a good idea too. I could do a couple extras just in case gifts
