I don't know what you mean by "targeting page" here, but I suggest that you right-click on the download link and select "save target as" from the options. Let us know if it works for you, and if not, try to give us more specific information about what you are doing and what is happening as a result. =]

Welcome Ronald to the Cute Family. I buy from Designs by Sick all the time. Just bought some for Memorial Day Sale. A few did not come thru so I Emailed Laura( or any of thr ones listed below. ) in support And I have found that sometimes I have them Resave in Embird and then everything works out fine. welcome ronald - same question here, are you trying the free designs, or purchased? Try getting in touch with the support link - they are more than willing to help.

Free Designs or paid for designs? If they are the freebies they are PES designs by default and if your software cannot open them they may show incorrectly as some sort of 'ascii' text files... If they are designs that you paid for or you can usually see PES designs did you try contacting Shawn or Cutiepie or Rob using their Support link or posted on their forum page? I have not had any issues today...
