I'm frustrated and a brand new customer.

There are banner ads from Google at the tops of the pages, and sometimes at the bottom as well. There are also ads along the right side of the pages. These are Google ads, and they are for other websites. Some of the ads are for sister sites of Cute Embroidery, some are for other things altogether. Most websites are structured this way. I'm sorry you didn't seem to notice that when you clicked on the ad you went to an entirely different website. You couldn't have purchased a membership to the Cute Embroidery site from there, you would have had to return to this site to do that, because there is not even a membership offered at CuteAlphabets.com, only the designs for sale individually or in packs. Your membership to Cute Embroidery entitles you to every design on this site, and all the designs to come for the next six months. There are a lot of alphabets on Cute Embroidery that you have access to as a member here. Some of the alphabets on Cute Alphabets are also available here on Cute Embroidery, because it is the same digitizer. I'm sure if you look thru the designs here on this site, you'll find a lot of beautiful alphabets, as well as thousands of other great designs. To download a design as a member, DO NOT put it in your cart. Members click on the picture of the design, which will take you to the page of particulars of the design, like size, stitch count and color chart. On the right side of the page, you will click the member's download button. On the next page, you will choose your format and download the design. Please take the time to look through all the thousands of designs available to you. If you still are not satisfied, please don't download anything, and contact the owner as well as sending me a Private message, and we'll see how we can get you a refund so you can just purchase individual alphabets at the other site if that's what you choose to do. Where is the search?

I went to the left column, choose b. Only 11 b's came up. That's all?

What is the column on the right marked tagged?

For example, how do I find, say, a bumble bee or floral font

There may have been 11 B's shown, the right hand column lists 52 different fonts (if I counted correctly) by name, including at least 4 floral or flowering fonts.
Try googling cuteembroidery+ whatever you are looking for and you might find it.

As mops said, the column on the right lists the fonts by name, like "funnytrainfont", etc. If you click on each one you can see what it is. Actually, I think most people just page thru all the designs to see what's there and just start downloading. You never know what will catch your fancy, and it's fun to see everything available to you, kind of like opening Christmas presents! Good Luck, Hugs, Marji

The Cute Alphabet site is a sister site. It is clearly marked as a different name and site. I am very sorry you are disappointed. Many of the alphabets that are found in Cute Alphabets can be found on Cute Embroidery and another sister site with another membership called Amazing Embroidery. I have found Miss Veronika's memberships to be among the cheapest to be found and with consistently good digitizing . I have never regretted spending the money for a membership yet. I am sorry you are confused and angry. Please follow Pennifold's instructions to download each and every design on this site. You will find it quick and easy to do this by remembering to click on the picture and then the green member's download button. Welcome to Cute and enjoy your new designs.

I really don't think it's clearly marked. I just pulled up cute embroidery's site. It shows the alphabets all across the heading. That should be on another site. It's also 'too bad' no instructions were emailed to me confirming the membership and HOW to download.

I really hope this gets better. The company hasn't even responded to my emails.

Welcome to Cuties. You will love this site if you give us a chance. There are wonderful people here from all over the world. There are a lot of experts on a lot of different subjects so don't hesitate to ask your questions.

As far as alphabets - you can access the ones here on CuteEmbroidery - just not the ones on cutealphabets.com. They are owned by Miss V, but they are a separate site. With your membership here - you have access to all the designs under the designs tab without having to pay for them (beyond your membership).

If you go to the DESIGNS tab on the top left and click on the PICTURE not the ADD TO CART, you will get all the designs. There are alphabets amongst the designs. There are hundreds and hundreds of designs on here. Also any design in the DESIGNS BY CUTIES are all FREE. Veronika's sister sites, Adorable Applique, Amazing Embroidery Designs, Cute Alphabets, Cute Embroidery Cross Stitch Designs are other websites. You can only become a member on Amazing Designs, the other ones don't have membership options. Love and blessings Chris

I'm so disappointed! Everything I really wanted was on the alphabet site. Even the homepage shows a font, and has the cute alphabet.com showing.
