It's so cute. Great job with what you had on hand. We had 2-3 inches of rain an hour for a few hours then some flooding. All I could think of was how grateful I was it wasn't snow. The ratio is 1 inch rain to 1 foot of snow.
Yes i think snow would be harder to deal with.Espectially if you have no power
