I guess the easiest way to tell is firstly can it be voted for and secondly read soom of the comments below the letter and you can usually guess if it was offered as a freebie. We can vote for them for you when the alphabet is completed if you want. Just come back to this part of the site and request that they be voted for. Letvia keeps up with whose turn it is to have something voted for so just address it to her attention. ;)
