Suzanne , take care of yourself and family . Spoke with stepdaughter in
Providence last night and she was getting prepared . When lights go out she will put food in catering coolers and use gas stove. Just bought gas for the furnaces and got firewood. At least they have a snowblower. . Hope everyone stays safe. Nancy
O dear sounds bad and we moan about 12"
in UK. . wish you luck.
Hugs Pam.
Keep warm and stay safe. Careful how you shovel snow. We have a kind neighbor who shovels for us. Blessings, Rachel.
Dear Suzanne,
I do hope that you don't lose power. WOW 2 feet of snow that is amazing! We never have snow here in Newcastle - it's right on the East Coast of Australia and far too warm for it of course.
I do pray that you can keep warm and that you don't get "snowed" in.
Love and blessings Chris
The new amount is 30 plus inches with snow drifts 4-5 feet high. Bad storm for us. Power outages are very likely. Thanks Suzanne
Stay safe. I also am going to get snow but not as much as you. I am in the Poconos in PA. Thought we weren't going to get it but now they are saying 18 inches. As I say not as much as you. Good luck & hope none of us looses our power. Arlene
Updated the amounts... we are getting 30 plus inches plus 4-5 foot snow drifts and very high wind. Power ouitages everywhere too. Suzanne
Stay safe and don't try to go out unless it is an emergency. Five days ago we were digging out from the snow and about 4:30 pm it started to snow again. Our drive is covered all ready. Dreaming of Spring.
I am dreaming of spring too... This one ios a bad one for us. everything is shut down as of noon today. Suzanne
Suzannne
Stay safe and warm, in from the cold.
hugs
Helen
I'm in suburban Milwaukee. I'm watching the snow fly. We are on a storm warning.
We are slready in blizzard warnings and businesses and schools are already closed. Suzanne
When you're shoveling, think of me in Alabama. We lived in a partly wooded1.5 acre plot and I rake at least weekly 11 months per year. Wait! I didn't take January "off" this year. The only way to have a lawn is to keep it cleared of leaves! I've had snow twice in 6 years. Stay warm.
It will be an ugly weekend on the entire northeast coast. Prayers for all us in the path of this storm. I know you are safe and prepared Suzanne. Hope none of us lose power.
Karen, you too keep safe n warm, in from the cold. Our weather has cooled slightly, but got extremely hot in January. fires were all over the place and then floods. What a crazy world with weather.
hugs Helen
You must be somewhere around WA or OR, we will be getting that storm in MN Sunday.
Stay safe!!!
Hugs Diane
