Beautiful. This would be a good gift for someone you do a lot of sewing for or as shower gift.
They would make nice gifts. I have a bunch to make for family for next Christmas. Gave them each one last year and now they want more...kids gotta love them...at least they keep me busy.
I saw them earlier. They are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Oh! this is great Jerri and Yoriko. I have a container load of threads! I'll have to do some sewing soon!!!! Love Chris
Don't they look pretty. I wish I had started to save my threads, then I could do one for myself. I am thinking white embroidery thread. Can't wait to try it.
Dear Jerri, thank you so much for posting this for me! I'm so happy you liked them! Love and hugs, Yoriko
Hi Jerri,
I wish I could give you a big ole hug in person, but hoping you feel the cyber hug I send to you. Your ideal is excellent and our Sister, Yoriko did a wonderful job digitizing these 2 lovely designs. I have just stitched out one part of the 4x4 rose and it's going for a swim as I type. I've already taken a peek and it looks sooooo neat!
Thank you for the super duper ideal and thank you Sister for working your magic once again to bring love and happiness all and to those whom receive our gifts!
Hugs and *** to you both!
Hi Maryanne: I feel your cyber hug, thank you. I am so glad you like the design and have tried it. What colour are you using for the embroidery? When I get enough threads, I am going to do mine in white.
Yoriko did a fantastic job on both and I hope she gets lots of sales for them.
How did you do yours? I thought of doing mine, when I can as WSS, fine netting, thread cuttings, fine netting, WSS. I thought the netting woul keep the threads in place. I have not done anything like this.
Hugs back to you: Jerri
Yahoo! I'm happy you felt the hug! I used baby yellow for the embroidery. I put a bunch of threads over top of WSS then a WSS topping. I let the fill and the roses stitch, then stopped Singer Girl and trimmed the thread tails, You kinda have to watch to do it this way, but the fill and roses stitch first then there is a running stitch that goes to the side decoration that finished the sides satin and final outline stitches. The only other design I've tried with thread snips is the FSL Thread Heart our Sister Yoriko has at her site. I learned to put more thread though with the tealight cover. After the one piece dries, I'll try to put some step pictures for you either here or in a PM. I have to say it is so much fun to stitch and I loved the surprise when the WSS started dissolving.
Hugs and ***
Oh boy your getting me all excited. I can't wait to see yours finished. Thank you for the info. I sent you a PM.
Hugs
Isn't it pretty!! I save mine to put into glass Christmas ornaments for all my children. But, this is beautiful - what a sweet idea!!. Thanks for showing!! Hugs, Laura*
Very nice. I did some Christmas ornaments with some of mine last year. Great idea. Suzanne

Hi Carolyn: I didn't do these, Yoriko did. I don't have enough threads saved yet, I just wanted everyone to see how pretty they are.
Hugs: Me
Very nice I love the variable color we can get from the thread savings. Love the stenciled rose design also.Thank you for the link.
Good use of waste Jerri, I like how all the different colors blend and make something unique
That is what I wanted the design for. These are Yoriko's sew outs. I am just starting to save my threads. Just may have to cut up some one ones, just so I can make them.
Can't wait to see what it looks like with a tealight behind it.
I didn't add her link for these very pretty designs.
