Chemical coaster. I haven't had much time for sewing this week - but I've had a few ideas that I couldn't resist trying out. This is a representation of a sucrose molecule (on a CD of course.) The shadow is because the sun was shining at last!

Great idea, would be nice for my husband. 5 minutes on your lips forever on your hips does not seem the case for him. I'll have to look up a few hormones :)
