Hi, I am looking for the design of a towel topper that can be removed, so that you can wash the towel. I know I have seen one somewhere, but can't find it. Anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

the top is a in the hoop design , if you go to Kreative Kiwi you can download all the instructions Instead of inseting the towel , make the top and then fold the towel add velcoc to match size of the towel

I have one I normal machine zigzag the lower back edge, sew a tape (to tie) near the top, embroider the front normally, add back before you do outside edge, when finished sewing tie a plastic bracelet(bangle) with the ties hanging just above the lower opening and pass towel through the ring. You can find the bracelets at cheap discount shops.......wendy

This is exactly the style I was looking for - I was just hoping for a little more instruction on how to make the top....

Sherrie, can you post a pic of the back so we can see the bangle and how it all goes together? I am a bit challenged-need pics! Thanks. Hugs. Nan W

Sherry at A time To Stitch has Towel Holders that holds the towel and the towels can be washed and not the holder.

She has 3 styles one that fits over a Handle on a Stove and one the fits on the knobs of kitchen cupboards and one that fits on the handle of a Fridge.

Link below to the different themes she has in her towel holder sets.is below and she also has instructions posted on her website on how to make them which include great instructuions and pictures to follow.

Have a look they are real nice.
