I can't help fiddling even when a design is complete so when Susan (rsehorse) said that my quilted purse design was very girly, I decided to make it even more so! On this one I added a frill of lace around the flap by tacking in into place before adding the lining. I covered a button with the same fabric but it is hidden by the frill when the purse is closed.

It really does "frill" it up! Very pretty!

With a green ribbon and a shoulder strap - couldn't you just see it as a little girl's Easter purse? Very cute! Hugs, Laura*
