Hardanger sampler - I've done some more work on my Hardanger design. It is 200mm square and stitched in 10 wt cotton thread on a very open weave fabric. I would have prefered to use a single coloured thread (this kind of embroidery is traditionally done in white) but I only had variegated.

You have done well, the varigated thread add dimention to the design, this is just a twist to a traditional design keep on twisting..thanks for sharing marian
