Problem with the Cat alphabet. I can only use a few of the letters. The rest won't show up on my sewing machine: it's like they are blank files. It can only read letters A-H and not the end of the alphabet. Is anyone else having the same problem??? This can't happen to the CAT alpha - not kitties !!!

I downloaded in ART and have no problem with them.

All kitty lovers, please just keep those little claws out and keep hanging on to that tree limb! Miss Veronika is working on fixing the cat/pes problem, which is taking more fiddling around that one would suppose. We all know how contrary kitties can be, and maybe they are resisting being, uh, "fixed", hee hee hee. Anyway, she is working on it, and will let everyone know when we have reliable designs in pes. Has there been any update re the Cat alpha problems?

I know what you mean, not kitties!!! Hee hee hee. So sorry, this is still being sorted out, I've asked if Veronika can let me know what to tell y'all about the missing kitties. I'll try to get back to you as soon as I have some information to give you. I know this is a bummer, and it only seems to be in PES format that it's happening. I downloaded the designs in VIP and all are there. Is it PES that is having a problem? Hugs. Nan W

Did you download the pack or did you collect the freebies? I noticed that the freebies and the ones I download through a membership have different numbers.

One of the moderators said that the problem was being worked on but I haven't heard an update.
