54619It has been brought to my attention that most people put the hole on the top outside of the towels but this has been my experiences with doing them that way: have done them like that before but then the hole stretches out sew now I do them abit lower & they last longer going on 3. & ahalf yrs now, I also add cutaway stabilizer to the backs sew it gives them extra strength in the hole! Our grands & god~children use their towels in kid fashion sew they toss them & grab them & pull them off the hooks in the bathroom & they seem to stand up alot better then the ones I first started to make. sometimes I have even folded the top corner down sew it is included in the stitches too!
