When my 9 year old nephew had cancer and his hair fell out that's all he would wear. he didn't want the regular cancer caps because they were sissy!! he thought because he looked like a biker that he was tough!! Thank God he is fully recovered now!!
Bless him! A boy that knows his own mind, and nothing girly for him. So glad he is recovered.
I had never heard of DOO RAG's either when seen jrob gson realised we call them bandana Hve posted my grandson's with theirs * 4 U
Well I just learned something new as well. Thanks for the laugh. *4U
Isn't it amazing what we can learn from gooling! This one I had to learn from my GD when he started high school after being in private school since he was 3 - I sure did not know what they were.
I moved it up in the projects area so you can go look at Little Britches in his doo rag!;)
Never heard of it, but then I have only ever 1 ride on a motorcycle many many years ago.
Oh, sorry that is funny! I posted a picture way, way back of my DGS with a doo rag on because I had embroidered a parrot on a motorcyle wearing one too that was on his onesie. ;)
It was cute, even if it was MY grandson....can I hear Amen we think our grandkids are cute!!!!!
I c this person asking 4 Doo Rag pattern. I think what n thunder is a Doo Rag, ? another name 4 a diaper maybe. Well I went googling, a Headwrap, well I never. Am I so out of touch with this present day? I understand they r universal & yes I have seen myriads of folks with them but had no idea they were called Doo Rags. dont'laugh to loud at me. please
we won't laugh to hard, but usually doo rags are worn under motorcycle helmets to keep your head from itching or after you take your helmet off to cover up your squashed hairdo. Now see if you rode you would know that but then it's like all the sewing talk, if you don't play the game you can't understand the rules :-) There is also the term "RUBS" and "DUBS" definitions are: "RUBS" - Rich-Urban-Bikers; and "DUBS" - Dressed-Up-Bikers. Down here we see so many dubs during bike week and such trying to pretend they know what they're doing. Those are the ones that 'fall down' a lot. Hope this helped with a smile.
