Like others have said Daleen normally replies to me as well. A couple of them are doing trunk shows somewhere I think, so there are probably less hands on deck.
Might be that they have taken time off for the Easter Holidays. I saw that their mom Miems advised that she will be away for the Easter weekend. Maybe Daleen, who manages the site, joined them. Had the same problem once and Daleen repeatedly send me the zip files and in the end the only thing that worked was to send file by file unzipped. There customer service is always superb and she will definitely sort it out.
I agree, that is why I was surprised that it took 3 e-mails, but now (as always) it has been resolved.
Yes this has happened to me several times. I just replied to the confirmation e-mail they send about the purchase telling them what files would not download and requested to have them e-mailed. That request was always fulfilled within about 3 days. Don't be surprised if a few days later you e-mail is returned saying it was undeliverable. By that time I already had the issues fixed.
