I am so impressed! Your dedication is admirable as is your sewing skills!
On behalf of all the wonderful fur babies that are still waiting for their forever homes, I would like to say thank you for your compassion and dedication. You are a very special person and will bring a bit of love and comfort to those homeless babies.
How nice. I have five dogs all but 1 were rescues. I'm sure the furry ones will love your hard work.
these are just the best! the shelters will appreciate them but more importantly the animals will love them as their very own! I do hope that they can go with them when & if they become adopted as it will be their life long companion in most cases! Our "baby" has had his pillow since the trip home with us 7.5 yrs ago. A good job from the heart!
what a wonderful thing to do.
Thank you. I love doing things like this. I sew all kinds of things for pets and send them to various shelters and pet rescue agencies in western Canada. All out of my own pocket - I do not claim any deductions or take money for this.
Oh, how terrific all of these are!! You are truly an example to follow!!
what a wonderful thing you are doing. I am making quilted note book covers for my local humane to sell at there shop.
Wonderful! I may have to try that too. The local humane society has some of my stuff up for sale already (doggie doo doo carry bags).
You have been so busy and for such a wonderful cause. Well done, they are lovely.
That was a lot of work! Great job
It really didn't take that long. I did it assembly line and it only took a few days. The hardest part was figuring out what designs worked best. I ended up using the heart and paws the most (the one I designed and digitized) because it stitched out so quickly.
what a great idea.my pet came from a pet shelter i would love to do something like this for them. thanks for the great idea. yours are just lovely and cute. know they were greatly appreciated
They were very easy to make. I cut the fabric in rectangles (or squares) then used a plate to round the corners. I ran them through the serger to finish the edges and then embroidered the designs in the corner so the dogs could lie on the blanket and show off the pretty designs.
