Can someone explain why in this economy an embroidery site would NOT have an "add to cart" button for designs?????I dealt today with a site that did not have a button--I inquired IN CAPITAL letters about how frustrating it was---what did I receive but a nasty email as to how I was SCREAMING by USING CAPS----I would expect better customer service with the economy the way it is to try to KEEP every customer you can---obviously not with that one---Cute is ALWAYS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!!!!

It was good of you to go back and give them another chance. I am assuming this part, because you know they added a button, and that perfect design is just that.

I did visit AGAIN---and yes they added a button for adding to cart----thanks for your kind words and thoughts!!!

After all they are only Capital Letters, one never hears a pip out of anyone as Letters are what we read not hear 'right' Hope your not too desperate for that design...that site should have over looked the capitals and replied nicely regardless...sometimes I personally feel capitals are to get your attention, not scream at anyone...and besides who made all these rules up about what means what on the internet, was it not a human,,,,,,,hope it never upset you too much....you have a world full of designs to choose from anyway....Today is another day, enjoy....Hugs 2 U

Thanks for your kind thoughts--I did get a bit miffed but got over it--I have too many friends and Cuties to let them TOTALLY (oops CAPS!!!)---plenty of other sites---and I can go to that site and check out what they offer without having to be on their mailing list--

And today the site ACTUALLY PUT a button to ADD TO CART---WOW---maybe I know a little something about us embroiderers after all!!!!!!!We are the ones who shop until we drop trying to find the perfect design to embroider on an item to make the perfect gift----and we know 99.9% of our favorite sites have an ADD TO CART button CLEARLY VISIBLE or they have a download button---like Cute Emb does----we are SEWEMBROIDERY SMART!!!!!
