I am learning to make badges. I am not sure how to construct the backing. Can anyone walk me through it?

I am not directing your purchasing to any specific entity, but there is good information here. You need to use badgemaster or a very heavy solvy or vilene to stitch out your design. Saying that I have purchased from this company before with good results. You can google Badgemaster and get many sources. ;)
