HELP NEEDED

Can embird users tell me if they have resizing problems when using embird? I regularly resize designs 15 - 20% (mostly reduce) and thought I could do this without problems. I recently started having problems again where once transferred to my machine and I begin stitchout, the needly stays at one point for anywhere from 25 to 60 or more stitches. I did a google search for embird resizing but didn't find anything helpful. I did find a tutorial but it seemed so complicated (calculating stitch density and stitch type etc.) that I wondered if I am going about this all wrong.
I thought I could easily resize (within reason) without all the hooplaw,
Appreciate any advice you can offer,
thanks
Michelle

It is fairly easy but you have a couple of parameters to set.
Clicking 1 in the picture opens a drop down menu (2). Set the desired size and the click Stitch density and you get the next menu. Select 3 "Calculate stitch density automatically ..." . Use the default stitch length for underlay.
