a mini break from Barbie clothes to enjoy the beautiful sunny day we are finally having! This is part of my welcome Spring sign that was rusted out & dh wanted to throw it out but I said no, I sanded off as much of the rust as I could then sat outside & painted it & then gave it 3 coats of spray varnish to seal the colors. It should last a few more yrs I hope ;)

Taking a break is always helpful; you shall go inside refreshed and ready to start the machine humming again, hehehe.

I used textured paint it has a grainy consistency great for outdoors. dh thought I bought a replacement ;) I changed the colors should have taken a before picture for reference because I couldn't remember what they were. Mine is brighter then the original but then when it fades it will still be ok ;)))))
