Thanks a lot for yours ideas for my question. It's also what I think.
I appreciate for your time. Excuse my english, it's poor.
No you can't use purchased fonts in 5d .. Only the fonts offered in the program will work
Bought letters can be used and combined as any other embroidery design, but you can not use them in the same way as predigitised fonts by typing them in on your keyboard.
QuickFont can be used to make a set of Isabel letters from any true type font on your computer that can be used like the built-in ones.
Don't know how Isabel came into it, gremlins in my iPad I suppose and the edit button does not work on an iPad :(
I do not quite understand the question I must say. I have 3D professional so she is far more up to date, but I can open all designs in most formats in my software and than load it onto my machine. I have used letters from cute or designs from cute. Just open them in mysoftware, take bits away if Iwant from some designs and load again onto machine when I am happy that it is what I want to embroider. I am sure she will love all she can do with it.

She can digitize any TrueType font including those that came with her computer (MS Word, etc.). There also are many free ones available for download. My favorite sources is 1001 Free Fonts--but there are many more.. Be sure to read and follow the Terms and Conditions to avoid any copyright violations.
If you are asking if it possible to install them into the program and use all the font alignment, size, etc. No. They are embroidery files that would need to be combined individually on screen, positioned, and then saved as a combined file to embroider in its entirety.
