Thank you so much, I will try it; fasanating what new ideas are out there, thanks once again
Be sure to watch it carefully. Made some for Xmas presents with thesame sstuff and it smoldered on one corner. Smelled up the microwave. I'm thought I used all cotton thread but may have had some rayon. Anyway be sure to watch it carefully. The potatoe was yummy.
Thank you for sharing your directions. Really nice to see one with cook time for all the things you can use it for. Thanks again
Thanks Joe for posting the instructions.
The "Warm Company" has special 100% cotton batting for these bags. Cuties, be sure to ask for a copy of the instructions when you buy the "Tater" batting.
Hugs
I bought a whole roll of this batting from Nancy's notions as it was cheaper than buying by the meter/yard. I have made over 20 of the microwave bowl holders so now its time to do the potato bags.
I just do a one-size-fits-all...and use it for potatoes and tortillas too.
I do hope all the Cuties listen to the advice of all the moms who know (some from experience) about the fires or melted batting and threads. Safe stitching/baking everyone!
Hugs
If you don't have batting cotton I have learned from Amish you can use cotton flannel where you use cotton batting. I have used and made excellent tater bag.
