Isn't nature wonderful to look at? Suzanne
Yes it is. We live at the top of a small hill and the buzzards soar around on the wind currents. We can watch them from our living room window or the deck. They are also great to watch. The benefits of living in the country.
now that is different,,,,I only get kangaroos or nowadays---dingos.....
You have deer and I have a Kangaroo with a Joey who has not yet poked its head out of the pouch.
Aren't deer fun to watch?? I live in the mountains, in the forest, where we have lots of wild animals. We regularly have deer and elk passing through or lounging in the front yard under the cover of the trees and rhododendrons. We've even had a mama nest, give birth and raise her babies (twins!!) in the back of the pickup. Needless to say, the pickup didn't go anywhere till the mom had moved on with her babies.
Great picture of the deer. Usually they are so hard to get in pictures because the are out at dawn and dusk when the light is low.
How special Joyce! It's wonderful the wild animals come to play in your place. I have cockatoos coming everyday to eat their food in my window.
Have a lovely day, Yoriko
lucky you. Just because we live in Australia, one would expect to see kangaroos but they do not wander into one's backyard where I live. However we often see them out a few kilometers into the countryside.
Now that would definetely brighten my day. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing your super picture with us. I once had some cows wander in by mistake but that was a number of years ago
No cows here. We live on the edge of a small town See deer quite often but usually in the back yard.
Picture didn't go through. Here it is.
