I am seeking advice and/or recommendations regarding barrier protection used on the underside of embroidered garments where these are in direct contact with the skin. For example, when designs are embroidered onto childrens t-shirts, the underside of the embroidery can be an irritation to delicate skin (I would imagine that this would also be an issue for ladies). I believe that there is an iron-on product that is fused over the embroidery underside, providing a smooth barrier against the skin. I would very much welcome your advice, guidance and recommendations as to product availability. Thank you.

I use Easy Knit by Pellon...get it from JoAnns Fabrics in the States by the yard...Also, Jenny Haskins makes a product called Sheer Magic and Sheer Magic Plus...more expensive than the Pellon product...

Dennis, I bought cloud cover at Shoppers rule as I could not get that in the Netherlands. It is on special now - see link. And as it fits through the letterbox I got it without customs and VAT. I love the stuff.

Sorry, it has just dawned on me that perhaps this post should have been in the Q & A section.
