Today was my lucky day. Look what I found. I bought 2 of them. One for files and one for fabric. Hugs, Susan

Let us know how this works for you. I have been looking...only my cotton fabric will fit -- but it could be a great way to see what I have and keep it out of the light and dust too.

Good buy! I like to keep my fat quarters in a filing draw, but they don't really fit any more!

I have 2 two drawer cabinets. I put a finished board across the top and now have a table for my sewing machine. Plus I can put patterns in the drawers. Lynn

I have a filing cabinet sitting in my garage that I want to use but it won't fit into my sewing room without some modification to my table as I want the cabinet to sit under the table. I think it will be perfect for sewing patterns. like mi30kaja says below - not big enough for my fabric either.
Congratulations on your find.

great find! They have one sitting on the dock at work. I asked if they were going to sell it and they said no. I wanted to put patterns in it. Good for you and your find!!

A great find.. but beware fabric gets heavy really quickly, might I suggest using the lower 2 draws for the fabric and the upper 2 for your files, that is if their in the same room, this way it won't topple over when the top draw is extended fully.. huggs Marian

Think I will put some of my books and patterns in the upper drawers. I want to use one drawer just for fat quarters. Thanks for the heads up Marian. Susan
