PE780D is back in shop---took it to the reliable repairman I've used for 30 years after messing with the other "PERSON"----visiting kids and gkids ater a 9 hour drive---NEW smaller emb machine on order---supposed to be here Monday---"factory reconditioned/refurbished"---couldn't beat the price---praying that it works----meantime sewing clothing for dollies and gdaughter-----praying for good weather-----up in CT-----ready to embroider AGAIN----KNITTING And sewing in the meantime////////

Sue I thought that I had a journey to my dealer of about two and a half hours each way but 9... If you have used the guy for so long you are a valued customer, its sad that the other person has not been as good. AND enjoy your new machine when you get it

Having a "back-up" machine has saved what is left of my sanity! You seem like you are having a wonderfully busy time. I am sure you will enjoy having the comfort of a second machine.

LOOKS AS IF YOUR STILL KEEPING BUSY..HAVE THOUGH ABOUT GETTING A BACK UP MACHINE, MAYBE I SHOULD LOOK INTO ONE.. KEEP WELL
