"Woo Hoo" or is it "That's sick man" as my colonial cousins from across the big pond would say. I took Rescuer's advice and breathed into a brown bag to overcome my earlier dizzyness. Unfortunately, I didn't follow her exact instructions and used a brown plastic bag. Anyway, I recovered from that experience and have now accessed this excellent site. Thank you Dolly, Asterixsew and........................errrr Rescuer. lol
thank you for this fixitpage,it is a valuable must have, doesnt matter how long you been sewing.i saved it for further reference hugs ursula
Let's try that link again:

Thanks this is a brilliant site and one that I regularly refer to. Apologies I added the link again.
Thanks for the info. It is good to keep reviewing this topic. Cleaning helps to keep out machines up and running which is the way we like them to be.
Unfortunately, neither of the links work. Either that or someone's trying to tell me something....lol
A flower for your emotional distress...lol
I guess one might have to go to the main page...
Emotional distress!! It's far worse than that. Now that I don't have this valuable information, I had to resort to blowing harder at my machine.................made me go all dizzy it did,,,,lol.
LOL
Does this mean you are now an airhead? LOL
Grab a brown paper bag...wait! You posted almost an hour ago...too late. ;)
Hey, Rescuer, you and I would make a great double-act. We could get work on the stage....................................sweeping it. LOL
Thank you for posting this.
It had very good ideas on troubleshooting issues as well as maintenance.
The link did not work for me but I just went to the homepage and found the fixit page.
I added a new link -- I hope it works.
