I just LOVE the Charming Station snowmen and stitched out these to use in a wall hanger for my niece, for the holidays. I first had to work on each block and separate lines of stitches to have a color change. To make the first block in row 1 I searched all the 300 snowmen blocks for children and separated them from the original block then I put them together and 'fixed' all the red to stitch together then all the green stitches last. It turned out cute!! My sister will do the wall hanger so once she finishes it I'll post the pictures.

Love those designs. I have been collecting them for ever and hope to make a quilt with some of them some day! Other projects seem to get in the way.

I hope too, to make a soft fluffy throw or quilt with them as well, one day.....

How do you "fix" the colors like that? Did you add color changes or something? I'm curious and would like to do the same thing of some redword designs I have that are all one color. Thanks! I've learned so much from all of you!

Hi sbott54, you need a digitizing program so you can see each of the stitches, you find the first stitch of the line you want to change and make that a jump stitch then follow it until that line finishes and make that another jump stitch, you can then change the color of those stitches, takes time!!!

It looks nice. Colour sorting can be great - it saves so many thread changes. Could you do many in one hooping?

Hi mops, I could get four in a 6x10 hoop if I took away the frame, I guess lol
