Thank You karenjay for finding these. I had a quick look for something but gave up. The embtreasure and the keepsakecrafts sites are the same as mine. My original pattern was folded again but I thought it made the pockets too small.

These are gorgeous - the buttons really set off the beautiful fabric.
OK - now you have to show us how to fold these to make that shape from a squre....these look great.
