Would like to ask for prayers while 33 of us go to Guatemala for a mission trip...We leave thursday and will be gone 11 days...Our church group will be blessing 2 families with homes...Kairos house (terminal children) with new sheets and toys and other things they requested...Light of the world school with new school supplies and doing things with them...
I have never been out of the states and going into a whole different place is kindof leary for me....I don't like to fly...i don't like to cook...i don't like to be around a whole bunch of people at one time, so the LORD is testing me to see if I will be a hands and feet person...If you would be so greatly generous in your prayers, we would surely appreciate it for our saftey and blessings...May the LORD just shine and work through us while we are there...THANKS...deanna

234500Dear Deanna, I can so understand your trepidation concerning your trip to another part of the world, this is surely scary for you. At least you will not be alone, and you will be able to feed off each-others enthusiasm just knowing that you are there to do what you have been lead to do. As for the flight- just lean back and enjoy it!! Hopefully there will be a few of your companions who enjoy cooking and sharing!!! This is a once in a life time opportunity be brave.
