Love the color and this is great looking.
thank you, the light of day was not the best, or was it the photographer,,,,no it was the light...hehehe,,,,
great job... great for a man.. I did something like this with all my flannel scraps... so easy..
Great Job, I am now into quilting and love it
I also love patchwork and quilting, a bit time consuming but what craft isn't I guess...thanks.
Wow Kerry. 'Looks great with the border. Happy birthday to your son :)
thanks Pauline, it is always the shortest day of the year on the 22nd June....I gave the top to him and told him I plan to finish it REAL SOON, and I am making him new curtains for his cottage also. Have to get fabric from Spotlight on Tuesday it is on hold at Morayfield...half price sale.. So I have plenty of sewing ahead of me...love and hugs Kerry

yes Pauline I got the border fabric from Spotlight at Toowoomba the other day...I am going to put a red/maroon backing on it the extra wide one you get with the scrolls on it... My Son has a cold house it is on the ground and I mean 'ground' so I have to try to keep him warm with this and new thicker curtains, only has a small heater at the moment, the split system broke down it got a frog in it apparently the part that sits on the ground. I believe they now make these parts frog proof, what a pity we still had the old model in his cottage...
This is lovely Kerry, I love black and white. I did one for my son when he was 18 - he's now 34! Love your hanger!!! he he he! Love and blessings Chris
Great piece. The combination of colors works. Did you make your jelly rolls or purchase them?
I purchased the jelly roll. Never thought of making my own, I guess I could I have so much material..the jelly roll only cost me $30 and then I bought more fabric for the borders...
