The Purple Hat has a similar set with a Butterfly on it for sale at the link below.
They have some other sets with individual holders for cutlery or napkins - see second link below.

Wow! What a great idea!

If I am right it looks like you took a doily design and stitched the sections out and center and then stitched them together to form a fan shape or half a doily.

Then joined the 2 halves or fans and stitched them together where the sections where joined to form the pockets that can hold the cutlery or napkins and spoons.

Is this right or is there a pattern from a website to do these??????

I guess you could try stitching a FSL Bowl Side or FSL Doily panel out twice and stitch them together on the sides to form a pocket for cutlery for each place setting.
