I am new to the community and trying to upload a profile pic, change my name and download some of the designs i've made and project pics but I cant find the options anywhere, can anyone help? (I am not a member, does that make a difference?)

I see you have already worked out how to add a picture to your thread! Was this going to be your profile picture? (LOL)
At the moment you can't add a profile picture or change your name.
If you follow the link below, you will find all sorts of tips for how to work the site.
BTW Except when you are downloading from the Designs section, It doesn't make any difference whether you are a paying member or not.

Sorry I am slow to respond, I have 3 littles at home(my oldest is 6, all boys) and my husband is working away, and we're renovating so it's chaos! I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions :D

Perfect I found the upload tab, is there a site issue that is making it so I cannot change my pic/name or is that something you need to be an established member for?

This site was recently updated and that function is not available now. Perhaps it will be in the future? That information is above my pay grade- haha! If you need a change you will have to go to the Inbox and address your problem to: test

To upload projects...click on the project tab...there you can upload your projects by clicking on the (upload tab) as far as avatars..its been awahile since I changed mine and since I have started the site changed so I cannot help you there (sorry)...you might have to go below on the bottom to contacts us to change your name....Miss Veronika is an absolute wonderful person and I am sure she will help you...YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT HERE....
