How cute is that - you did a great job. I might have to stitch some of these for the Farmer's Market.
How pretty and as usual Sue is always thinking outside the box. Very good work. Stella
Excellent, Sue! I'm off to check on that design.
For those looking for ideas, you could also trash a pair of large wooden knitting needles to make the 'dowel' hanger. Often find them in Opportunity/Secondhand/Thrift shops here. You sometimes also see decorative tourist type wallhangings that you could source the hanger from. I found a wooden dowel type hanger including a notepad in a cheap shop recently, that I added to my 'whatifIneedone' collection :)
Thank you for the reminder. I love your wall hanging. Where do you get the finished dowel for the hangers? I've searched high and low and haven't been able to find anything. Obviously, I'm looking in the wrong spot. :)
I cut a length of dowel and tapered the very ends with a pencil sharpener. I persuaded Mike to drill bigger holes about half way through a couple of wooden beads and stuck them on with hot clue. Jobs a good'un (as we say here).
Nice job on the wall hanging. I went to the site and found a few designs I like.
It looks great, is this the smallest design available?
It comes in 3 sizes, one small enough for a 4x4 hoop, a 5x7 hoop and one too big for me.
I, too downloaded it. I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. Our motor home doesn't have much empty wall space, but I think I can hang it from a cabinet perhaps. I like your dowel ends. I'll have to see if I can find something similar here.

Thanks for showing, it's lovely and I hastened to download the design - just the thing to make for my DiL.
Lovely work Sue and it will look great on your super camper van
