I have been reading about tension---problem below issue is on the top---problem above issue is on bottom
That REALLY helpedAlso changing needle and rethreading top---and sometimes just backing away for a while and sometimes turning off the machine----
I do have a BIG QUESTION---
I have heard and read about burrs on the bobbin case causing problems with stitching----
I have a Brother and HOW DO I KNOW----HOW CAN I TELL if the bobbin case has a burr on it????????
Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED......

Probably by lifting the foot up, or taking it off and running your finger around the plate where the thread comes out -if it might be there. Or by taking the cover off the bobbin case and running a finger around the top of the bobbin case to see if there are any places where there are nicks, other than the one that's supposed to catch the thread, of course :)
