I would like to know how you apply for the Miss Loretta Scholarship. I would dance a jig if I could get that. My little girl has so many things she wants embroidered and I have run out of appropriate designs. Thanks

All I've ever read about it says the current scholarship recipient chooses who the next scholarship recipient will be. Would love more info about it too tho.
