Hello Moderators, I am working on a new alphabet to share but ask if I have to stitch out all the letters or will just doing the A B C be suffice?

I will have the loops easily removable, not to worry.

I agree that you should make 1 set without the hole and 1 with. Be more useful that way. Real nice though.

I think you are speaking of the eyelet at the top. That's not what I was referring to, i meant the hole in the centre of letters like an O, a B etc. that hole can influence the quality of fill stitches when digitising.

But you have a point - and quite often the eyelet is put first so it can be skipped.

I edited one bit and as a result a lot of spaces disappeared :(

Thank you for your comments ladies, this font is very versitile... I used red material with white but you can omit the candy cane stripes and use material for boys or babies to do cute names or such! I'm working on it and will hopefully be uploading soon to DBC.

I would stitch out a few, with and without holes (A,B and C would do, or a K and an R, and see if they stitch out OK. If they do, fine; if you meet a problem try one or two more.
But mention not tested when applicable.

I agree with what Martine said, Dolly. And in the design post, show the test stitches you have, and tell in the post which letters have not been tested. You could ask anyone to contact you by PM if they have problems with a letter that has not been tested. Hugs, Marji
