I have heard other Cuties talk about this, exactly what do you use this for? I know to sew a circle, but is it for quilting or what kind of project?
It can be used for quilting; it can be used to make an applique, coaster, mug rug or anything that is round. By adjusting the circles you can make various designs; use just part of the circle. Surely I have forgotten some; the use is endless. I sometimes use it to stitch on eyes; make one pass with straight stitch, trim, use satin stitch. Hope this helps a little.
you can also drill a hole in your old machine then use a screw on it .My Singer man did that more then once for me hugs Carolyn
Can you post a picture so we know what to look for? Wonder if it is similar to taping the old style tack (they have flat metal heads 1/4 to 3/8 diameter) to the bed of your machine? Tack pokes up and you place fabric on tack stem and sew away,

This piece of metal is 8 inches long and one half inch wide; the tack is permanent on the left end (open end). The long metal piece slides through a square metal piece (a tad over two inches), that you attach to the machine, so you can adjust the length of your radius. Hope this is clear. The permanent tack is far better than using tape on a household tack.
I bought one for the old/New Janome 11000 but when the machine stopped working properly I had to return it now unfortunately it does NOT work for the Janome 12000 so I have bought it for nothing still in the box never been used & they won't let me return it. stststst.................. such a shame too
Yeh for the stash. I glad for the reminder of circle attachments.
