24.7.13 Has anybody experiences with Kitlitter Kreations? Have bought some designs on the 14th of July. The Dance big tote bag was not in the downloadlist but on the cart (I have paid with paypal). Have send them a mail via contact us but nothing. Yesterday I tried again but still waiting.

I've got no mail or order confirmation from them. On the website there is no other possibilty to get in touch with them. Does anybody know if they are on holidays or maybe have some other reasons not to answer?

Glad to help. My good friend did some testing for her. Lin lives about an hour from me! For the rar file, here is a link to 7zip. I got it through someone here a long time ago and really like it. You right click on the rar and a menu pops up and of many choices, I choose (at the top) extract here-for a folder, and extract files for loose ones. Then just get rid of the rar. I find I can use it on those files that ask for a password, or the "second disc". and the best, You can do a bunch of files at once. A great time saver as I am sorting out my patterns and trying to make them all unzipped for easier seeing with SewIconz.. Jo

Oh, thanks for the tip about zips that ask for a password or inserting a disc...I will have to give this a try...I can open .rar files with Embird, but it doesn't get past the password or disc issue...

Just checked my mail before bed, and Lin answered at group that she would look into it. (I had also written today through her website.) So progress is being made!

Thank you Jo for your help. Linda jas sent me the file last night (was a rar so I can not really handle it but we working on it ;o). She is really a very nice lady with a lot to deal with.

I've sent a message to her yahoo group,asking her to check on this, (using the date and name of design).I know she just had to put her husband in a nursing home, so she may have needed some time to get back up to speed. Lin is a very nice lady, who would not deliberately mess up. I'll be watching my group mail for an answer.

Was just logged in and it is still the same: All 7 designs are on my cart but one of them was not marked as "instant download". That's the one missing on the download list. Wish I had another possibilty to contact her (no mailadress available; not on the page or even not in the paypal confirmation where I can see a mail-adress in most of the cases)...

If you paid with PayPal, go to your account there and you can send a message about the missing file through PayPal and it will get to her. She can respond through PayPal back to you with the disposition...If you do not hear from her, I would open a claim through PayPal...they will contact her and if you do not get the file in ten days time, PayPal will automatically refund your monies back to you. Sometimes it helps to communicate through PayPal as your inquiry has a tendency to rise to the top of the list. I am sure you will get your design file...or at least your money back.

Forgot to add, you only have 45 days from the date of purchase to file a claim if that is what needs to be done...
