Reversible Hat for Lily

This is for my daughter Lily. The brim is ruffles made with ruffle foot. The edge of the brim was Rolled Wave Hem with my Baby Lock serger.

I attached the brim to the crown with regular Wave Stitch, thus making the hat reversible without leaving an opening for turning and hand stitching the opening closed. You can see the wave stitch when the blue side is out.

The last picture on the bear shows when you wear the red color out, you can actually see the blue brim peeking out. The same thing when you wear the blue side out.

Love these hats. I love the rolled stitch on the Babylock serger. Thanks for another way to use it.

The wave stitch is exclusive to some higher end Baby Lock sergers. That's one of the reasons I bought one. The other reason of course is that their threading is phenomenal. Nothing beats it.

She looks cute in it, but she doesn't like anything on her head.
