Awww, hope the little fella grows into those feathers, and someone lends him a comb, hee hee hee. I do so love the birds, and I'm sure he appreciates the bugs from the garden. Thanks for sharing, hugs, Marji
We raised one that fell out of a nest he looked awful when my son found him . we put a cage out side so he could come and go when he got old enough to fly every time my son went out side he would go get on his shoulder.one day he brought another bird with him they took a bath in the bird bath .and ate he got on Chucks shoulder and played around for a few minutes and then he was gone never come back/
That is so nice that Mike has a helper. Bet Scruffy gets sleek and beautiful quickly with all of the juicy bugs Mike will be giving to him.
Not the most beautiful bird in the world, at the moment. Great picture!
We've got a baby magpie that looks every bit as ruffled as this one, but he's too shy to have me take his picture and he makes an awful lot of noise.
My hair looks like that in the mornings.................................and yes, I've still got it.....
we had a little tiny bird fly in our cabin...I think he got overheated because he stayed on and by my son for awhile,,,then my son brought him inside of our house...well the little bird perked up and it was a devil of a time trying to get him outside...love little birds..thanks for posting him...deanna
