I just am stopping by to say Hi to all. Since I last posted that my knee surgery went well life has been full of surprises. I ended up last Friday the 9th on having a heart attack and was back in the hospital. I am home but with lots of rest and restrictions applying. I still have not been back to my machines yet. Waiting anxiously to do so. I would appreciate your prayers for a speedy recovery. Hugs to all, Mary

66912Mary, I'm glad that the knee surgery went well anyway. So sorry to hear about the heart attack. You will just need to take it very easy and being a woman, we are not used to taking care of ourselves. Those machines aren't playing nicely sitting there taunting you like that!
