Update ... I am sad for my sister.... I had to put down her 16 year old cat yesterday. She is heartbroken she could not go. Mimi was ill for a while with thyroid condition. We have managed to keep her going for a while now. But the last three days she stopped eating and was sick. It is not a job I wanted to do but I will do anything for my sisters. I just hope it does not put a pause in my sisters recovery.

Amen to that. He has been handling it well so far. I think it helped she did not see her cat go. She jsut remembers her alive. Suzanne

You know you did the right thing for her furbaby, and timing is never good for this to happen, but I can only imagine how overwhelmed she is and how terrible it was for you....God Bless you for having the strength to help out this kitty and for being there for your sister.
