Colorado has been hit with both fires and floods. Where did I hear something about that? Most of Denver is fine, wet - my yard sale has been postponed for over a week. We should be able to dry out and assess the damage this week. The farm land to the north and the city of Aurora has sustained the most damage. There are still flood warnings out there, so it is not over yet!
Sooo, sooo, sad...hope all Cuties and families are safe...all are in my thoughts and prayers...
My god. I think this is horribble. And the thing is you can not do anything to stop it or prevent it. I pray not only for our Cuties, but for everybody how is suffering in this area.
As my Colorado Cute "neighbors" receive more water...I hope they will remain safe. Utah is flooding too, but not with the same vengeance. We have some homes flooding and some areas must boil water -- but mostly we just have people Kayaking in mall parking lots. Prayers for you all.
So sorry to read about all the flood damage. Hoping our friends are up above the water line. Love Chris
We are on top of a mountain so all is fine here, but we did get 2 inches in a 24 hour period on top of three days of rain. Praying for the ones in low laying areas. Staying up here until all dry out.
I heard from hightechgrammy -- she is fine and on high enough ground. I do wonder about the others and hope they are OK.
Just saw video on the national news of Estes Park--unbelievable!! So sorry for all who are involved, I don't guess I'd want to be living anywhere out west of the Mississippi about now, what with fires and floods out thataway. Winters in Erie, PA are nasty, but that's about all that ever happens up in this demented neck of the woods by the lake. Stay safe, everyone! Hugs, Marji
Boy did we have a lot of fires going on in the region....The Lord sent some heavy rain for a few days...helped a lot...haven't heard much about them lately...
